Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Job Type: Full-time | Competitive Base + Commission
Caju AI is on a mission to dominate the mobile compliance and AI analytics space—one high-value prospect at a time. We’re already powering capture solutions for global financial giants and top-tier partners like Proofpoint… but we’re just getting started.
We need hungry, persuasive, revenue-minded SDRs who can think fast, talk smart, and book meetings that matter. If you love the chase, live for the win, and know how to turn cold outreach into hot pipeline, then keep reading. This is the role you’ve been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn’t just about blasting emails — it’s about building strategic conversations with C-level decision-makers in finance, life sciences, and other regulated industries. Your job? Crack the account. Create the opportunity. And light up the pipeline.
-
Own top-of-funnel: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs—whatever it takes
-
Work inbound like a pro — speed and precision wins
-
Qualify leads like a surgeon and hand off high-quality SQLs
-
Set high-impact meetings and help your AE partners crush quota
-
Work the tools: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav (we’ll train you to be dangerous)
-
Hit your KPIs like clockwork:
-
40–50 calls/day
-
$3M+ in pipeline/year
-
SQL-to-Opp conversion that proves you're not just spinning wheels
-
You Might Be a Fit If…
-
You’ve got stellar 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience and can back it up with numbers
-
You’re not afraid of the phone (in fact, you kinda love it)
-
You’re a CRM monster — HubSpot preferred
-
You can spot a buying signal in your sleep
-
You’ve prospected into financial services or life sciences and know how to talk the talk
-
You want to move FAST into a closing role — you don’t want to be an SDR forever, and we don’t want you to be either
Why Caju AI?
We're building something bold: mobile capture + AI insights for regulated industries. Our clients include some of the most security-conscious and heavily regulated companies in the world — and we’re helping them stay compliant, smart, and ahead of the curve.
This is your chance to:

Get in front of real decision-makers
-
Build your brand and your pipeline

Learn how to sell in complex, high-value environments
What’s in It for You?
-
Competitive base + uncapped commission
-
Clear path to AE roles (prove it and promote fast)
-
Remote-first culture with serious performance expectations
-
Healthcare benefits that take care of you
-
A team that wins together — no lone wolves here, but no slackers either
