Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and architectures.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

7+ years of experience in AI architecture and development.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and solutions to our global customer base, ensuring their success with Caju AI's SaaS products.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Caju AI's SaaS products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials.

Assist in the deployment and configuration of Caju AI's solutions.

Monitor and report on support metrics and customer feedback.

Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in AI Prompt Engineering, SQL and RegEx.
