Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will Drive major architecture selection and to oversee architecture design and development of a large-scale enterprise level high availability platform. Serve as a primary technical liaison between CTO, CPO and other Caju AI technical teams. This position will report directly to the CTO.

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the architectural design of all major components.

• Supervise software developers on the team (permanent and contractors).

• Participate in development of platform.

• Participate in roadmap development with product management.

• Actively participate in production issue investigation and resolution management.

• Work with product management to design solutions that while they may be quick still maintain exceptional engineering standards.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or related field.

• 10 years of experience as a Software Developer or related occupation out of which 2 years must be as a Software Architect.

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Software Architecture relating to Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.

• Ability to quickly develop solutions while maintaining exceptional engineering standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

• Experience with developing and maintaining cloud based system globally with multiple production locations.

• Experience with designing and developing software in compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, LGPD, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

• Fluent in Java.

• Experience with a variety of enterprise platforms including: Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, AWS Event Bridge.

• Experience in automated testing including unit, functional and end to end testing, JUnit, Selenium, Cypress.

• Experience with Docker solutions and Kubernetes management.

• Experience with full CI/CD management using Gitlab.

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.

• Experience working with cloud providers AWS, Azure and GCP as well as knowledge of DevOps practices.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Caju AI's SaaS products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.

• Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials.

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Caju AI's solutions.

• Monitor and report on support metrics and customer feedback.

• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in AI Prompt Engineering, SQL and RegEx.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
